1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
We have fixed shipping charges based on the delivery location:

- Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.
- A tracking link will be provided via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
4. International Shipping
- We ship internationally with a flat ₹5000 shipping charge.
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
- International shipping timelines depend on the destination country and customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order using our Order Tracking Page (insert link if available).
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If an order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact miraiav04@gmail.com with your order details.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement after verification.
7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- If an incorrect address is provided, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping fees will be applicable.
