1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- No processing or shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
We have fixed shipping charges based on the delivery location:

- A tracking link will be provided via email/SMS after dispatch.
4. International Shipping
- We ship internationally with a flat ₹5000 shipping charge.
- Customs duties & taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If an order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact support@miraiav.com.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
